Abstract ―
The study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of integration of innovative strategies in teaching Tourism and Management. The respondents are the 21 Instructors and 185 students, and were selected using total enumeration purposive sampling method. Based on the findings of the study, personalized learning and flip classroom were the most commonly used innovative strategies in teaching.
